- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
- 1 heaping c. pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. white Karo corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt.

2Beat eggs until well mixed.

3Beat flour mixture into eggs.

4Beat in sugar, salt, syrup, butter and vanilla; add pecans.

5Set oven to 325°.

6Bake pie crust until it begins to cook (begins to puff, but is not completely done).

7Pour in pecan filling.

8Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

9(May be covered for the last 15 minutes baking time if needed to keep pecans from burning.)
