  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

    Mix in a 1 1/2 quart bowl.

    Add syrup and mix well.

    Beat eggs with fork.

    Mix in milk, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).

    Bake near center of 375° oven about 50 minutes or until firm.

    Cool before serving.
