  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Add all ingredients to beaten eggs, except pecans, and mix well.

    Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake for about 40 more minutes.
