  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    In medium bowl beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine, and vanilla until well blended.

    Arrange pecans in bottom of pie crust.

    Pour egg mixture over them.

    Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
