- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped (or halves)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cook sugar and syrup to 228°.

3Beat eggs well.

4Add melted butter to syrup.

5Add hot syrup slowly to beaten eggs.

6Add vanilla and nuts.

7Bake about 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
