  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Heat brown sugar and water. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla and margarine. Mix well. Pour a little hot mixture into eggs. Put egg mixture back into pot. Heat together until thickens. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Add pecans. Bake at 350° until browned.
