  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves or more if wanted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

    In a mixing bowl slightly beat eggs.

    Stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter and salt.

    Add pecans and vanilla to mixture.

    Pour into a deep dish Pet-Ritz pie crust shell.

    Bake on preheated cookie sheet at 375° until center is set when gently shaken, about 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool.
