  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Cream together sugar and butter.

    Add syrup, salt and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in pecans.

    Pour in 9-inch pie shell and bake 40 minutes in a preheated 300° oven.
