- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2-quart bowl.

2Add syrup and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

3Add milk, pecans and vanilla; blend well.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake near center of oven at 375° for 50 minutes.

6Cool before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
