- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Blend spices with butter; add to egg mixture.

2Combine pecans with flour; stir in egg mix.

3Put in pie shell.

4Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350°.

6Continue to bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
