  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. white or dark Karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and syrup.

    Stir well.

    Add pecans, pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Double recipe makes 3 pies.
