- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 3 eggs
- 9-inch pie crust
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans, broken
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Mix eggs, syrup, sugar, shortening, milk and salt in large bowl.

3(Do not beat.)

4Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

5Bake for 15 minutes at 425°.

6Turn oven temperature down to 350° and continue baking for 30 minutes or until done.
