  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup (1 3/4 c. for two pies)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. broken pecans

    Beat eggs. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add corn syrup, butter, vanilla and pecans. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
