  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (Blue Label)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Place a crust in 9-inch pie plate.

    Mix ingredients together adding pecans last.

    Pour into shell.

    Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until set.

    If nuts are salted, omit salt from filling.
