- 1 c. sugar (brown or white)
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Line the pie shell with chopped pecans.

2Combine the sugar, corn syrup, flour, vanilla and salt; mix until blended.

3Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time.

4Pour into the nut-lined pie shell; dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° until firm, about 1 hour.
