  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or more
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs, add sugar and syrup.

    Stir in pecans (I use enough to take up mixture).

    Add vanilla and butter.
  4. 4
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake until firm at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
