  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.

    Beat well.

    Add eggs and beat until thoroughly blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour in a pastry shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
