- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.

2Beat well.

3Add eggs and beat until thoroughly blended.

4Stir in pecans.

5Pour in a pastry shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
