- 3 eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. pecans or hickory nuts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 uncooked shells
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter together.

2Separate egg yolks from whites.

3Add egg yolks to mixture and mix.

4Then add syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt.

5Beat egg whites until they become fluffy and add to mixture.

6Pour in uncooked pie shells.

7Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
