  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy; add corn syrup and salt.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
