  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. pecan meats
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, syrup, butter, flour, salt and pecans. Pour into pie shell that has been baked for a few minutes (long enough to dry out).

    Then bake at 350° for about an hour or until middle is firm.
