- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Karo syrup (white)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, adding pecans last.

2Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

3Preheat oven to 450° and bake pie 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 325° and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes.

5Filling will be firm and crusty with pecans on top when done.
