  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • bought pie crust

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch.

    Cook pie crust about 5 minutes.

    Add eggs, Karo syrup, milk, salt and vanilla to sugar mixture.

    Add pecans last.

    Pour in pie crust and cook at 350° for 1 hour.

    Makes 1 pie.
