- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. pancake syrup (maple flavored)
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Make crepes from very thin pancake batter with small teaspoon sugar added.

2Do this by tilting small frying pan and running batter all over bottom of pan (sprayed with Pam).

3Put 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream along middle of crepes.

4Wrap around ice cream and freeze for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Take from freezer and pour hot sweetened strawberries and juice over crepes.

6Heat in microwave for about 20 seconds.

7Top with whipped cream.
