  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and flour; beat well.

    Add vanilla and syrup.

    Beat slightly more.

    Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie shell and pour in filling.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 45 minutes or until set.
