- 9 oz. dried apricots, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Stir in the rest until just moistened.

3Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350F oven.

4Cool for 10 minutes.

5and remove from pan.
