  • 9 oz. dried apricots, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Stir in the rest until just moistened.

    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350F oven.
