- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix the sugar, flour and salt.

3Mix in the corn syrup, then add the eggs, milk and vanilla.

4Stir until smooth, then stir in the pecans.

5Bake for 1 hour.

6Periodically check the nuts after 40 minutes so they don't burn.
