  • 1/4 c. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. red chili garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

    Combine ingredients and whisk. Place fillets in glass oven safe dish, pour marinade over for 6 - 8 h, turning halfway through. Preheat oven to 350F. Drain marinade, and top fillets with remaining. Bake 15 -20 min.
