  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 5 egg whites, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and egg yolks.

    Add syrup, vanilla and pecans.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell or 2 regular size pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
