  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. plain milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Combine sugars and flour. Add milk and beaten eggs.

    Stir until thoroughly blended. Add melted margarine, vanilla and pecans.

    Stir.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Lower oven temperature to 375° and continue to bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 2 pies.
