  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add syrup, well-beaten eggs, salt and vanilla.

    When well mixed, add coarsely chopped pecans.

    Turn into pie plate lined with pastry.

    Bake in moderate 350° oven about 1/2 to 1 hour or until firm.
