  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, syrup, butter, vanilla and pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
