  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla butternut extract
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

    In bowl, beat eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and extract.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool on rack.
