- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla butternut extract
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions

1In bowl, beat eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and extract.

2Stir in pecans.

3Pour in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

4Cool on rack.
