  • 3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs or Egg Beaters slightly with a fork.

    Blend in remaining ingredients (except pie shell).

    Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400°.

    Turn oven temperature down to 350°; bake another 30 minutes or until firm in the middle.
