  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie shell, unbaked

    Mix sugar, syrup and melted butter.

    Add eggs, vanilla and nuts.

    Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° for 30 or 35 minutes longer.
