  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Beat eggs lightly and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla.

    Stir until mixed well.

    Spread pecan halves on bottom of unbaked 9-inch crust and cover with filling.

    Place in oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until mixture is firm in center at 350°.
