- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Karo white syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash salt
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Directions

1Melt butter, add to sugar.

2Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add well beaten eggs.

3Then add Karo, vanilla and salt.

4Add pecans last.

5(Can use halves, but chopped makes it easier to cut.)

6I use food processor to fluff eggs. Bake at 350° until middle does not shake, about 45 minutes.

7Secret is not to cook too long. Also freezes well.
