- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 unbaked pastry shells
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Add sugar and flour and cream until fluffy. Add syrup.

3Beat well.

4Add salt and eggs, one at a time.

5Beat thoroughly.

6Add vanilla and stir.

7Divide filling into 2 pie shells; then add 1 cup pecans to each pie.

8Bake at 350° about 50 minutes or until set.
