  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.

    Cool.

    Stir in both sugars and buttermilk.

    Mix well.

    Add eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into one 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 30 or 40 minutes.
