  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Mix 1 heaping tablespoonful flour with sugar. Add eggs, cream and syrup. Mix in pecans, butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
