  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1-1/2 cup broken pecan pieces
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup dark corn syrup

Directions

    Place pecan pieces in the bottom of pie shell.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake another 40 minutes.

    Set on wire rack to cool.
