  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix together eggs, corn syrup, 2/3 cup sugar, melted butter and brown sugar.

    Beat the filling mixture until well combined. Stir in pecan halves.

    Pour filling into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 350° oven for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted between the center and edge comes out clean.
