  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Sprinkle pecans in pie shell.

    Beat eggs in bowl.

    Add corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla; mix well.

    Add mixture of flour and sugar.

    Pour over pecans.

    Let stand until pecans rise to top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
