  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 scant Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix syrup, sugar, flour and butter.

    Add beaten eggs and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 300° and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
