- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

2Add eggs, mixing until blended.

3Add pecans and water.

4Mix well.

5Add vinegar last. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
