  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

    Add eggs, mixing until blended.

    Add pecans and water.

    Mix well.

    Add vinegar last. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
