  • 1 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. light Karo syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. dark Karo
  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Mix syrups, sugar and salt thoroughly. Add eggs and mix well.

    Stir in margarine, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into pie crust and top with pecans.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, then at 325° to 350° for 50 minutes.
