- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1In mixer bowl, slightly beat eggs.

2Add and blend well the sugar, syrups, evaporated milk, butter, salt and vanilla.

3Add pecans and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

4Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is puffed in center and is well browned.

6Let pie cool before cutting.
