  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • uncooked pie shell

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender for about 15 seconds. Add 1 1/2 cups pecans. Blend 5 more seconds. Pour into pie shell. Top with whole half pecans. Bake 35 minutes at 400°.
