  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. light syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar; beat eggs slightly.

    Add butter, salt and sugar mixture, syrup, nuts and vanilla.

    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Preheat oven and bake for 10 minutes at 375° and 50 minutes at 350°.

    Serve topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
