  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until light.

    Add eggs, well beaten, then flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecans.

    Put into an unbaked pie crust.

    Bake in oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° for 25 minutes.
