  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, cut up

Directions

    Cream sugar, salt, butter and flour.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 325° until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
